Leah serves with CMF missionaries Jonathan and Heather Powell in Berdyansk, focusing on campus ministry and village outreach. She uses her background of teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to assist in evangelistic Bible studies for college students.

Leah knew from an early age that God was calling her to serve in cross-cultural ministry. She attended Ozark Christian College and earned a degree in ESL education and intercultural studies. She spent a two-month internship in the Amazon jungle of Peru, and then volunteered in her home church with youth and children’s ministry.
