Courtney serves with the Globalscope campus ministry El Pozo in Puebla, working with college students at la Universidad de las Americas Puebla (UDLAP) and other local universities. Her abilities and passion for providing community for students so they can develop a relationship with Jesus Christ are used daily in the ministry.

Courtney graduated from Georgia Tech, where she experienced the life-changing love of Christ through the Christian Campus Fellowship (CCF). She served with CCF for a year and then joined the Puebla team in February 2007.

Courtney and her husband Jow were married in 2014. They have a daughter, Victoria (2016).
